We are a full service general contractor offering services in preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, technology, construction, and self-perform. We engage in projects early to become an integral part of your team. This ensures a smooth transition from design to construction and prevents details from getting lost in translation.
Preconstruction
We add value through our experiences. Our careers have been spent building and fine tuning technical systems. We utilize our knowledge to help improve cost, schedule and efficiency before we build it. Our preconstruction team applies our proven value engineering and constructability process on every project to ensure a successful construction.
Estimating
We apply relevant and current cost data and trends to help define your target budget. Our open book approach, coupled with our extensive cost knowledge, arms our clients with strong and accurate information to make the best possible decisions for the overall project with full transparency.
Technology
We utilize technology to identify and resolve physical conflicts before construction starts. We have dedicated staff leading our use of technology and innovation to support our teams. We use BIM on a wide range of applications. And throughout construction, we use ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) that allows our field team access to real time information on tablets.
Scheduling
The project schedule is our road map to a successful delivery. We use the latest scheduling software to develop the master schedule and we maintain the schedule throughout construction by utilizing Pull Planning, Phasing Schedules, Look-Aheads and Foreman Weekly Work Plans. Since we are builders, we find creative opportunities to maximize efficiency and time.
Construction
It is our #1 priority to deliver a safe, clean and thoughtfully coordinated project. We provide a strong team who proactively builds a solid plan and is 100% committed to executing that plan on every job. Our in-house managment tools, agenda based meetings as well as our means and methods for maintaining the schedule ensure we complete the project on time and within budget expectations.
Self-Perform
Our team of talented and skilled carpenters and laborers offer fast alternatives, flexibility and control to drive the schedule as well as minimize punch lists. We are not only a general contractor but a builder at the core. We self-perform the following areas of work.
Framing/Drywall • Concrete • Temporary Containment • Finish Casework Installations • Acoustical Ceilings • Selective Demolition • Clean-Up • Rough Carpentry
