MODA Sorrento Amenities Building

This new 7,500sf ground up amenities building for the MODA Sorrento campus included collaborative indoor and outdoor space. Project included 6 acres of new landscape, hardscape and site utility improvements to create outdoor seating as well as meeting areas. The amenities building included high-end finishes with a café, golf simulator, large divisible training room, fitness center and restrooms.
