Creekside Labs - 10240 Conversion, aTyr Pharma and Shoreline Biosciences
This project included lab/office build-outs for aTyr Pharma and Shoreline Biosciences. Office scope included conference rooms, break area, private and open office space. Lab area included flexible and standard casework, chemistry and biology labs, fume hoods, lab storage, cold room and support space. Building conversion included new MEP systems, ceiling utility service panels, vacuum pump, SDG&E gas line connection, exterior storefront sections and TPO roof.
